What could be better than an Abundance + Co class? We came up with the perfect answer - an Abundance + Co vacation! Yes, Abundance + Co is going on its European tour. We’re off to Madrid… and we want you to come with us. Do something special for you today, and make memories for a lifetime. We’re creating a bespoke culinary experience over five days (April 27 - May 1st 2025 ) for a limited number of people. We thought long and hard about where WE wanted to go - and where YOU would want to go - and Madrid is the perfect destination. Amazing architecture, history and style. Cool, vibey, buzzy, and slightly off the tourist track - and with the most incredible food - always our top priority.

We’ve curated the perfect foodie / ”I just want to have fun in Madrid” itinerary. Our jam-packed trip will cover a tapas bar crawl, a food market tour, a visit to the stunning Prado Museum, a Flamenco show, a trip out to Toledo for a winery tour and tasting. Of course, we couldn’t go to Madrid without taking a local cooking class - so this time we will be the students, taking the class with you. We will be eating together at some of the best and coolest restaurants in the city. We will stay at the beautiful 5* Palacio de los Duques de Melia - a former 19th century palace converted into a hotel, ending each day with sunsets and cocktails by the rooftop pool. We love spending time with all of you in our kitchen - and now we’ll really be part of the group too. Let’s bring the laughter, joy and connection of our class and Santa Monica kitchen…to Spain. This trip is not just limited to our LA community - whether you are in London, New York, Detroit or anywhere in the world - we would love for you to join us!
